For me, one of the most striking looks this Autumn Winter has to be the reverse dip-dyed effect – lighter roots that move to darker ends.
The effects are outstanding and I love it when my clients go bold as well as beautiful. It can either be heavy contrast (Prada / Jean Paul Gaultier autumn/winter Milan runway) or more subtle and chic. You decide. We’ve been developing techniques that maximise the effect, making this one of our unique, signature looks for the autumn.
I’ve chosen a range of amazing berry colours to work with – more frosted, frozen, bright autumn tones – for the reverse effect colour change: plus more subdued bronze and nude tones ranging from light brown to light blonde, beiges with more violet, again with a sharper, crisper feel.
We’ve a portfolio here in our covent garden hair salon to show you when you come in, to give you some inspiration and ideas. Hope you like it!
